New impact on principals activities

This new principal is really a naive and cunning fellow who is pressurising on
how to bend the situations in his favour by overtaking the orders of the old man director
who is faithful to the management, he keeps smoking  a lot even though the need for it is not there
and is always against the staff in terms of tough situations and also wants to guide the students in a commercial way as he is more into making money business instead of educting them, it is purely a relationship of money that this gentleman craves in, he keeps reading and writing in spare time but always disturbs when someone works seriously, he is very shrewd and cunning and does lot of lip service, however i keep doing my best and leave the rest to the given situations.

Is this a true picture that these pressured tactics always works out or is it a really sense of non-understanding that is creeping up in the minds of these people, is it a ego game between principal and director that is on the wary look out, he keeps pressurizing everyone in staff to work out a new idea but always laughs at the time when he has to perform and do take decisions.

lemme wait and watch how long this pammy fellow will exploit the situations.
however lack of enthusiasm at office and no response from students will always make this a horrible place to work.

A RED LETTER DAY FOR ME IN MY TEACHING JOB

Today 21st May, 2016 remains to me as the day on which i gave another 20 Master of Laws jobs to all of  the twin city colleges.

I am happy that the seeds of knowledge were sowed in many of the students who are to some extent novice in Legal English, however there is something that is still left over in the legal world.

I had to coordinate the 18 students who happened to visit the college 8 times for their Internals and also their few classes during their first semester. 

They did the best and they are doing their best in their chosen endeavours.

I am happy that I am an LL.M and I am part of the team that made 20 LL.M -Masters.

I personally guided 3 Dissertation Research Reports for this batch of 2014-2016.

Second Batch of Law Students -Exams completed.

My College in Second Year- 2015-2016.

It is a smooth ride for the current graduates who are to pass out in July 2016 without much hassles of procedures, all of them have come in a wave kind of enthusiasm, they have let the skies of imagination in the final year and also in the last semester, they are done and they gave a good treat for the faculty on April 30th that was good gesture, no body even cares to say hi to your bosses now a days after the job is over, but this batch is quite attentive to their faculties, i had good interaction with all of them close to 7 subjects  I have taught them right from 3rd semester till the end of the academic year and their degrees, they are good and catchy IQ's they are the best and they can do the rest very well in their endeavours, time just flew and it happened right in front of me, their every day enthu to attend the classes and especially the one student who is a doctor and also the professional enthusiastic only true English speaker in the entire class, he is applying for LL.M from an abroad university, he is good and kind and is very supportive to his own classmates as well as taking care of the smooth flow of words from the students even so that they have to completely do their job to the best.
This class of 2013-2016 is highly in my memory because of their dedication and confidence and integrity in doing things, they formed a techie whatsapp group caring and sharing and passing on info as on and as it is basis, that is very good sign of bonding.

they are best and i had enjoyed my second year of stint of this teaching in the Legal subjects domain, they are also highly memorable batch, with 8 CA's and 8 CS's and here it is they are memorable and i could give my best presentations under them in both National and International level Seminars, they are very helpful and they got a kind of luck to me as well.
I feel little emotional to loose them and for sure more batches to come if i still stick in this job.

My Second Batch of Law Students

As usual i started my second batch teaching of Law subjects to students belonging to the final semesters at this college which i had joined a year and half ago. Now the way the subjects are assigned to me gives a new dimension in learning,
first it is the optional subject to be considered for revision.
I had the privilege to attend to and inform the students about various updates and now also the way things change at one go and how things get updated are quiet unknown to these students of final year law except few.
I was bevildered to find some students even does not know how to approach a court for a basic reprieve of a legal violation in their academics even.
I took the pains and told them all the truths in terms of subjects and also revised their opinions and made them understand their rights and how they can utilize their degree globally.
Also it will be wise and prudent to teach them additional skillsets apart from the basic subjects but their response is far below and just to pass the degree exams is their knowledge.
They were innovative but they tend to attend the college at their choice.
I took the pains to refer to the final year Tax provisions in India. It is highly a stupid job to make them understand their basic tax matters in the country in which they live. for some passing the exam is great but knowledge is by far the long issue.

I made them understand the tax provisions and how the subject is changing now and then and how they are being implemented day by day. very few understood the reasons behind the subjects and for some it is just a cause of action to get a qualification.
I took all the pains and made them get something to remember in their brains.
I had won at last the dumb and remorseless batch of students. Made them write their Internal exams which will pave way in this hot sun to understand about various other provisions of taxes.
they are about to take their exams in May month and see what they can get us.
Teaching job is easy ofcourse when you have the right intelligent students.
My first National Seminar Presentation at New Delhi happened on 20th Feb.2016. A remarkable achievement for me as i had to present it in a National level University after 18months of Teaching remorselessly. I had won and established a new path of success and i will continue to grow in this domain of knowledge as this is my 4th Paper Presentation in Legal domain as i have continued to give the knowledge inputs to many through these paper presentations. some encourage, few discourage and some try to impose their knowledge to us.
I had spoken with conviction and had taken the new pride in allocation of new legal knowledge skills to many.
I had won again, alone with lot of conviction and remorseless quest for knowledge and timings and stick to the time table and repeated my achievements in terms of reference books, luckily the library is worth a scent in the updates and how everyone grows in the shades of development of subject is a self-explanatory thesis.
I had taken internet help and taught many topics to them and also few cases from the hard copy prints of text books, many follow guides and cheap opinion of under rated legal books authors.
This is life which is strange in Education arena. I am still unhappy though with the Pay I receive.
